Additional Rate Details: ***ESCAPADE is fully permitted to sail BVI waters*** ● ADDITIONAL BERTH REQUESTS: Please inquire for requests to use the Fore-Peak as a 9pax cabin. The use of the foreword stbd side berth in forepeak is an additional 5% of the gross charter rate. Only accessible through main deck hatchway. ● TURN AROUNDS: - 48-hour turn arounds required - Please inquire for 24-hour turns ● SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS / ADDITIONAL CARIBBEAN ISLANDS: Please inquire about relocation fee and availability. ● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6-night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X 5 nights. Enquire for less than 5 nights. ● CHILDREN DISCOUNT: $100 discount per child. Children must be under 12 years old. ● SLEEP ABOARD: Please inquire for Sleep Aboard details. ● 2024 Christmas: 7-night minimum $34,000 for 2-8 guests flat rate, must finish by December 26th. — ● 2025 Christmas: 7-night minimum $38,000 for 2-8 guests flat rate, must end no later than December 26th. ● 2025 NEW YEARS: 7-night minimum $44,000 for 2-8 guests flat rate, must start no earlier than December 28th. --------- INCLUSIVE WATER TAXI TENDER SERVICE: Escapade offers complimentary inclusive water taxi transfers (for charters $30,000 or above) to the BVI’s aboard Onyx, a 37ft luxury tender complete with shade, air conditioning and a ship’s bar. - Pickup locations are: - USVI: Cruz Bay, STJ - USVI: Sapphire Beach Marina, STT - Drop off locations, after Onyx clears customs, to join Escapade in: - BVI: White Bay, JVD - BVI: West End Tortola At the end of the charter, guests will be dropped off at Sapphire Beach Marina, St. Thomas, USVI after disembarkation from ESCAPADE in the BVIs. Guests are responsible for booking their own transfers on the water taxi's website using a specific promo code. Please inquire for details upon booking if tender service is desired. This transfer is subject to availability on the day of booking. All ground transportation is at the guest’s expense. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee. ● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The Charter Fee does include the British Virgin Islands (BVI) cruising taxes and permit, BVI National Park permits and BVI customs fees (collectively the "BVI Fees").
