Caribbean catamaran charters are primarily done in the US and British Virgin Islands. Depending on your airport of arrival, departure and the number of guests in your catamaran charter group, a ferry is usually needed to get between the islands. Please take a note the ferry schedules listed below, updated February 2012. These ferry schedules are subject to change but are critical in order to ensure that you do not lose any of your Caribbean catamaran charter vacation time.

Ferry Information between St.Thomas (USVI) and Tortola (BVI)

There are three major commercial ferry operators offering service between St. Thomas (Charlotte Amelie and Red Hook) and Tortola (West End and Road-town).
Clearing immigration is necessary so your trip may take longer than expected. Passport are mandatory for Caribbean catamaran charters.

Time: 50 minutes between Charlotte Amelie and Road Town, 30 minutes between
Red Hook and Road Town.
